Return Policy

WARRANTIES, RETURNS, AND WITHDRAWAL

The warranty applies as long as the product is used under normal conditions of operation as determined by the manufacturers. VINILARTKIDS.COM is not obligated to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of using the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by people, damages to property unrelated to the product, loss of profit, or damages resulting from deterioration.

Products are excluded from the warranty for the following reasons:

– If they have suffered any deterioration due to external factors, accidents, improper use, failure to follow instructions, or changes in electrical voltage after being delivered to the customer.

– Products that have been modified, customized, or repaired by the Customer are also excluded. VINILARTKIDS.COM will not accept returns on merchandise that can be easily reproduced or copied. The return of any merchandise will require the agreement of both parties.

VINILARTKIDS.COM will only accept the return of merchandise if:

1- Within the period stipulated by law, the USER can exercise their right of cancellation or withdrawal. In accordance with the provisions of the Retail Trade Regulation Law and as regulated by community legislation (Directive 97/7/EC), VINILARTKIDS.COM grants a 7-day period for this right, counted from the moment of receipt of the order. In this case, the customer can return any product without any type of issue. VINILARTKIDS.COM will accept the exercise of the aforementioned right only and exclusively when the merchandise is in the same condition (not unsealed) as it was delivered, with its original packaging and all products that made up the order. The product must be in perfect condition and ready for sale, in addition to having met the requirements established in the section describing delivery (4.1. Product delivery). The USER will bear the costs associated with the return.

2- VINILARTKIDS.COM will accept the return of the merchandise when the product delivered does not correspond to what was ordered by the customer (for reasons attributable to VINILARTKIDS.COM) or has been damaged during transport: This applies when the product delivered does not match the one specified in the order or has been damaged, internally or externally, during shipment.

The merchandise is insured against all risks during transit. To make the insurance effective or to correct any delivery errors, it is essential to note any incidents regarding the received merchandise or its packaging in the observations section of the carrier’s delivery document and to inform VINILARTKIDS.COM of such incidents within a maximum period of 24 hours. The USER must check that the product is delivered in perfect condition before signing for the delivery. If they confirm the delivery at the time of receipt, both parties understand that the product was delivered in perfect condition. VINILARTKIDS.COM will have no responsibility concerning products that have already been consumed without any issue by the USER who intends to file a claim. VINILARTKIDS.COM will be exempt from all responsibility concerning possible breakages or defects in the product packaging occurring after delivery if they are not noted on the delivery slip. If these conditions are not met, VINILARTKIDS.COM will not assume any responsibility for the merchandise. In this case, all collection and new delivery costs will be borne by VINILARTKIDS.COM.

The USER must notify VINILARTKIDS.COM of the reason for the return by sending an email to info@papelpintadoonline.com or calling +34 938 317 500, providing the following information:

– Order number.

– Invoice number.

– Contact phone number.

– Reason for the return.

– Cause of the return.

– Any other relevant observations.

Once we receive this information, we will begin processing your claim.
